To ensure a smooth and hassle-free transaction, we have simplified the process of purchasing a vehicle from AutoLola into easy-to-follow steps. These steps outline what you need to do and what we will do on our end to make your purchase experience with us as seamless as possible.

Fill out the simple contact form on the page of the vehicle you are interested in, providing your details and any questions you may have.

We will promptly contact you to confirm that your chosen car has been reserved for 24-48 hours.

Once you’re ready to make a purchase, we’ll send you the payment details. You can choose to transfer the funds using either MoneyGram or direct bank transfer.

After making the payment, send us the proof of transfer or payment to our account.

We’ll quickly confirm receipt of the funds, which typically takes the same day for MoneyGram and 3 to 5 days for bank transfers.

Relax and leave the rest to us! We’ll start the documentation process and prepare everything as quickly as possible so that your car can leave the UK and head towards either Dar Es Salam in Tanzania or Walvis Bay in Namibia.

We’ll send you the Bill of Lading along with car documentation so that you can collect your vehicle from Dar Es Salam once it arrives. You can then either choose to transport your car to Congo yourself or ask for our help and advice on the best way to proceed. Your car will be delivered to the port of either Dar Es Salam in Tanzania or Walvis Bay in Namibia if the final destination is Lubumbashi. The port of Boma will be used for all vehicles going to Kinshasa.

From the date your payment is confirmed as being in our UK account, your car will take a maximum of 45 – 60 days to reach the agreed port in the destination of your choice.

You can send money to us in two ways: through Moneygram for extremely fast transfers or via bank account transfer, which typically takes around 3 to 5 days for the funds to reach our UK account.
